ELKOV has been our satisfied business partner since 2006, when we designed and built theirPrague-East branch in our City Park Náchodská. For further expansion of the Prague-East branch, to expand the product range and scope of services provided by ELKOV and especially to setup a distribution centre for ELKOV branches in the wh ole Bohemian region, our team designed a multifunctional building consisting of a three-storey store full of showrooms, sales and consulting centres, sophisticated warehouses and offices. We have created more than 7,500 sqm of space by properpositioning the individual business operations on three floors interconnected by three freight elevators and vertical cores. We adapted the roads and paved areas for the combined operation of retail customers, craftsmen and internal logistics.

Our team prepared complete project documentation and ensured quality built to suit construction. The Prague branch became a blue print that ELKOV has used to expand into other European countries.
